AFTER 5 RACES POLISH AND RUSSIAN MICRO ARE DOMINATING On Tuesday morning, Stawo/POL 109, 2014 WC is first on provisional results. For Racer Sealand /POL 88 and Cruiser Flame /EST 362 are first. Two French crews are in a good position: FRA 21947/HurleVent coming from ANCRE (Nantes) and Zaba from CVVX (Paris). At 1 pm Race 3rd start in good wind condition Force 3 coming from NW. Russian and Polish boat are fighting and will finish alternatively first and second. For Racer and Cruiser categories, ranking are moving fast. FRA 41708/GoFast and FRA/37707 Zaba are taking an option on the first place. Final result of day race tonight! Saumon Futé get damaged after been crashed by RUS 505. Starboard hull has been deeply damaged and Saumon Futé will abandon. On some boat, more damage, with halyard, boom and spinnaker has happened. Two other wooden Proto are participating at 39 th Micro Cup. 105°Est /FRA11 a “Speculation” has been designed by architect Morisson and win Micro Cup 1982 in Toulon with tough wind’s conditions. BEL284/ MICRO 3 designed and build by Jacques Lemaire in 1992, has been recently purchased by Michel Tanguy from nearby village of Hopital Camfrout. We also notice large domination of Micro Flyer 5.50 design and build in the three categories Proto, Racer and Cruiser.
